The Sacred Source

One irreplaceable source. Everything flows from it.

Vortex Water begins at protected artesian springs at Spring Creek Ranch in the Verde Valley, and that single source is the heart of everything the brand creates.

The water rises from springs naturally filtered through the Supai, Coconino and Redwall formations, the Schnebly Hill and Coconino sandstones, Redwall limestone and volcanic rock that lie beneath the Sedona red-rock landscape. It is a story rooted entirely in the land.

The springs deliver naturally alkaline, electrolyte-rich water, its purity drawn from the geology itself. The rights are legally secured, government-filed and independently documented.

The Brand

One source, expressed three ways

From a private members' circle, to a luxury bottled collection, to the homes planned along the creek, every expression of Vortex Water flows from the same protected springs.

01 / Membership

The Vortex Water Club

A private circle with long-term access to one of the rarest natural resources in the region, delivered, celebrated, and shared. Six tiers.

02 / Consumer

Five Sacred Waters

The luxury bottled collection: five elements, captured in glass, crystal, wood and cork. Never plastic.

The Branded Residences

Vortex Water woven into the planned residences along Spring Creek, an amenity rooted in a private artesian source.

A Private Circle

The Vortex Water Club

Not a loyalty program. A membership to private artesian springs with water rights documented to 1891. Six tiers, from an introduction to the source to a place at the wellhead itself.

Vortex Water sommelier station with polished brass taps and crystal glassware

Members' sommelier service: raw, structured and mineralized expressions.

Membership is an invitation into the source: scheduled delivery of the spring's living water, private access to the tasting room and wellhead, and a standing place within a community built around one of the region's rarest resources.

Beneath the six membership tiers, a complimentary Circle of Springs welcomes a broader community to the brand, the first step into the world of Vortex Water.

Every Vortex Water vessel is conceived as a collectible object: hand-blown glass with gold-leaf inclusions, tuned crystal, sandalwood stoppers, quartz, biophotonic violet glass and Arizona desert juniper boxes.

Each is filled at the source and finished by hand, a meeting of water drawn from the Sedona aquifer and finely made craft.

Part I. The creekside estate homes

Each home, planned with its own private spring.

Concept 01 · Estate Homes

The Living Water Wall

Every estate home is planned to receive a dedicated Vortex line feeding a floor-to-ceiling water wall on the creek-facing facade. From the primary suite and great room, the effect is living behind a waterfall: constant, meditative, and softening every external sound. At night it glows amber, visible from across the creek.

Concept 02 · Estate Homes

The Private Creek Entry & Swimming Hole

Each lot is planned with deeded creek access: hand-cut stone steps descending to a private pocket pool set into the bank, continuously refreshed by the creek yet calm and swim-friendly. Your own private stretch of artesian creek, with your own swimming hole set into the rock.

Concept 03 · Estate Homes

The Aquifer Tasting Room

A built-in kitchen sommelier station, designed by a leading hospitality design studio, with three taps: raw artesian chilled to source temperature, structured, and mineralized, each with a live readout of pH, mineral content and temperature. Every gathering becomes a Vortex Water tasting.

Concept 04 · Estate Homes

The Creek Soaking Terrace

A tiered stone terrace with a private three-pool hydrotherapy circuit: a warm geothermal hot plunge, a cold raw-aquifer plunge at natural spring temperature, and a body-temperature Epsom float pool. Contrast therapy completed while looking directly at the creek under a dark sky.

Concept 05 · Estate Homes

Glass-Bottom Creek Bridges

For qualifying lots, a private pedestrian bridge crosses the creek to a meditation pavilion or stargazing platform, with a structural glass panel so you walk over the water and look down at the illuminated creek bed below. Fully dark-sky compliant.

Concept 09 · All Homes

The Artesian Arrival

Every home is planned to receive a custom Vortex Water feature at the front door, tiered by residence: a sheeting stone column, a hammered copper bowl, or a flowing stone trough. Each bears a bronze plaque reading "Vortex Water, Artesian Spring, Supai/Redwall Aquifer, Est. 1891."

Part II. The residential clubhouse on the creek

A clubhouse with a creek running through it.

Concept 06 · Community Clubhouse

The Water Temple

The clubhouse is designed so Spring Creek flows through the building: a glass-walled water corridor separating the social wing from the wellness wing. A glass-bottom walkway crosses inside, native trout visible beneath, and a waterfall cascades from the clubhouse to the natural creek grade below.

Concept 07 · Community Clubhouse

The Moonrise Pool

An infinity-edge pool elevated above the creek so the vanishing edge dissolves into the water below and the horizon line disappears. At full moon, the dark-bottom finish reflects the moon while the creek carries the same reflection: a double moonrise, tied to the stargazing experience.

Concept 08 · All Homes

The Vortex Water Trail

A one-mile wellness walk with seven interactive water stations: a wellhead behind museum glass, a misting fog tunnel, a sculptural drinking spring, a Kneipp barefoot foot bath, a cymatics sound pool, a natural hot spring, and a still summit reflection pool. A daily ritual for the whole community.

Concept 10 · All Homes

The Creek Cinema

A permanent outdoor theater with a screen on one bank and terraced stone seating on the other, the creek flowing between audience and screen, the water reflecting the image in a shimmering double exposure. Friday films, documentary series and live telescope feeds.

"You are not buying a home near a creek. You are buying a home on a private artesian creek, with your own waterfall, your own swimming hole, and your own hydrotherapy circuit, fed by a spring that has flowed beneath this land for generations."

The Water Experience · In the Village

The Grotto Tasting Room

The visible face of the brand: a tasting room set into native red rock where guests meet a certified water sommelier, taste the elemental collection side by side, and bottle their own vintage from the source.
